Sau nhiều năm bị biến thành kẻ nửa người nửa quái vật The Hulk, nhà khoa học Bruce Banner vẫn phải lần trốn trong rừng rậm Nam Mỹ, tìm cách chữa trị cho chính bản thân mình.
