Phim xoay quanh A Khải (Huỳnh Thu Sinh), một gã làm công có dấu hiệu tâm thần phải trốn chui nhũi từ Hong Kong sang Nam Phi, sau khi hắn vì bị bắt nạt tàn tệ nên đã sát hại dã man nhà chủ. Tại đây, Khải làm việc cho một nhà hàng Trung Hoa, vẫn bị khinh rẻ bởi cặp vợ chồng làm chủ nơi đây. Trong một lần cùng ông chủ đi mua thịt heo tại một bộ lạc, A Khải đã nổi cơn cuồng dâm và lao vào cưỡng hiếp một cô gái trong làng, mà không biết rằng người này đang nhiễm Ebola. Tuy nhiên Khải lại trở thành một trong những cá thể hiếm hoi miễn nhiễm, thành vật chủ truyền bệnh cho bất kỳ ai tiếp xúc với hắn qua nước bọt, máu hay tinh dịch. Cướp sạch tiền của nhà hàng và về lại Hong Kong để hưởng lạc thú, A Khải gieo rắc chết chóc và kinh hoàng trên mọi nẻo đường gã đi qua.
