Bối cảnh phim diễn ra vào năm 2013. Vào thời gian này, khu B13 được mệnh danh là khu phố phức tạp nhất của nước Pháp. Leito, chàng thanh niên sinh ra và lớn lên tại khu B13 không thể nào quên được cảnh tay trùm khu B13 binh thản dẫn em gái ra khỏi đồn cảnh sát về làm nô lệ còn anh thì bị tống giam. Sáu tháng sau, một quả bom có sức hủy diệt khổng lồ bị mất cắp đang đe dọa mạng sống của hàng trăm ngàn người dân vô tội. Leito được sắp xếp thả ra để kết hợp với Damien, thành viên ưu tú nhất của lực lượng cảnh sát đặc nhiệm, vô hiệu hóa quả bom. Được sự trợ giúp của Leito, hai người đột nhập vào sào huyệt của tên trùm. Thế nhưng với mục đích khác nhau, giữa Leito và Damien đa có xung đột, mà thời gian quả bom phát nổ đa gần kề.
