Đây là bộ phim điện ảnh đầu tiên của series Crayon Shin-chan. Câu chuyện bắt đầu khi gia đình Nohara đến một công viên giải trí mới và nhận được những lá phiếu kỳ lạ, yêu cầu họ phải tìm những miếng ghép bí mật trên khắp công viên. Cùng lúc đó, Shin-chan (tức Shinichirō Nohara), người hâm mộ cuồng nhiệt của siêu anh hùng Mặt Nạ Hành Động, nhận được một miếng ghép đặc biệt.  Không lâu sau, họ bị dịch chuyển đến một thế giới song song. Ở đó, một con quỷ tà ác tên là Vua Quỷ Lót Vớ đang tìm kiếm những miếng ghép để chiếm lấy sức mạnh tối thượng. Chỉ có Mặt Nạ Hành Động, với sự giúp đỡ của Shin-chan và gia đình, mới có thể ngăn chặn hắn. Cùng với những người bạn mới, Shin-chan phải tham gia vào một cuộc phiêu lưu đầy hài hước và nguy hiểm để cứu thế giới và trở về nhà.
