It's Edith and Archie Bunker's wedding anniversary. Edith manages to drag Archie to church. Daughter Gloria and her husband Mike try to whip up a party atmosphere for the parents.

Episode 1

Mike writes a letter to President Nixon, protesting everything that's wrong with America, including the state of the environment and the nation's involvement in Vietnam. Archie finds out, and to refute his son-in-law's claims he decides he too will write a letter praising the nation's chief and attempting to explain the Meathead as an ignorant. While penning the letter, Archie pictures the family all standing behind him, dressed in his Sunday best, all supporting his positions.

Episode 2

Archie is convinced he'll collect a large settlement from a petty traffic accident if a Jewish lawyer handles the case.

The stylistic minimalism of the Bunkers' sparsely furnished set is on full display in this early episode. According to director John Rich, who grew up not far from Archie's neighbood, the Spartan look of the Bunkers' living room deco was achieved as a result of painstaking efforts. The director remembers personally supervising the cracking of windows and repainting of walls to give the place a run-down, lived-in look. "I told the set designers to take all the color out of it," remembers Rich. "Norman  and I wanted to do the show in black and white, but CBS nearly went into a coma. So we decided to do the next best thing and shoot the entire show in muted sepia tones."

Episode 3

Archie refuses to donate blood because he's afraid that his vital fluids might get mixed in with those of a different race.

Archie scorns one of Mike's effeminate friends, unaware that one of his own beer-drinking buddies is a well-adjusted gay man.

Episode 5

Archie's dream of becoming a grandfather is dashed when Gloria suffers a sudden miscarriage.

Episode 6

Mike invites one of his hippie friends to spend the night in his living room, despite Archie's strenous ojections.

Episode 7

Louise Jefferson makes her first appearance, through husband George will remain an offscreen character for another two seasons. Their son, Lionel, had been a regular visitor to the Bunkers since the pilot episode, when the writers discovered how effective the street-smart black youth was at gently letting the air out of Archie's sails.

Episode 8

Edith abandons the kitchen for the courtroom when she is chosen for jury duty, leaving Archie to fend for himself.

Episode 9

No one in the family gets any sleep when Archie spends the night worring that he might lose his job.

Episode 10

Gloria leaves the house in a rage after Mike refuses to recognize her as an equal partner in their marriage.

Episode 11

Archie reevaluates his definition of success after he meets an old army buddy who's become wealthy in the used-car trade.

Episode 12

The Jeffersons arrive for dinner at the Bunkers'--minus husband George, who refuses to socialize with his white neighbors.

Good Times is an American sitcom that originally aired from February 8, 1974, until August 1, 1979, on the CBS television network. It was created by Eric Monte and Mike Evans, and developed by Norman Lear, the series' primary executive producer. Good Times is a spin-off of Maude, which is itself a spin-off of All in the Family along with The Jeffersons.

The series is set in Chicago. The first two seasons were taped at CBS Television City in Hollywood. In the fall of 1975, the show moved to Metromedia Square, where Norman Lear's own production company was housed.

Hogan's Heroes is an American television sitcom that ran for 168 episodes from September 17, 1965, to July 4, 1971, on the CBS network. The show was set in a German prisoner of war camp during World War II. Bob Crane starred as Colonel Robert E. Hogan, coordinating an international crew of Allied prisoners running a Special Operations group from the camp. Werner Klemperer played Colonel Wilhelm Klink, the commandant of the camp, and John Banner was the inept sergeant-of-the-guard, Hans Schultz.

The series was popular during its six-season run. In 2013, creators Bernard Fein through his estate and Albert S. Ruddy acquired the sequel and other separate rights to Hogan's Heroes from Mark Cuban through arbitration and a movie based on the show has been planned.

The Wild Wild West is an American television series. Developed at a time when the television western was losing ground to the spy genre, this show was conceived by its creator, Michael Garrison, as "James Bond on horseback." Set during the administration of President Ulysses Grant, the series followed Secret Service agents James West and Artemus Gordon as they solved crimes, protected the President, and foiled the plans of megalomaniacal villains to take over all or part of the United States.

The show also featured a number of fantasy elements, such as the technologically advanced devices used by the agents and their adversaries. The combination of the Victorian era time-frame and the use of Verne-esque style technology have inspired some to give the show credit for the origins of the steam punk subculture.

One of the classic episodes in the series, Sammy Davis Jr. plays himself, a passenger in Archie's taxi cab who has inadvertently left his briefcase behind. Arrangements are made to retrieve the briefcase at the Bunker house. As usual, Archie displays his ignorance and bigotry, but Sammy plays along. Before Sammy has to leave, Munson decides to have the two pose for a picture. HE KISSES ARCHIE!!! Archie is too astonished to say anything.

Archie is disturbed to discover Edith once spent an entire weekend with an old beau.

Archie and Edith visit Maude's house for Carol's wedding to David Green, a Jewish man. Archie doesn't want to go, and Carol doesn't want him there. Archie is invited to the bachelor party, but declines the invitation, and ends up staying at the hotel, where the bachelor party is held (which he doesn't know). Archie calls the police because the party is too loud. Edith stays for the bridal shower. After David and Walter return from the bachelor party, David and Carol fight over their differences in opinion regarding women's roles. The wedding is off, much to Maude's dismay.

Season 2

After he rails against gun control in a TV editorial. Archie meets his two biggest supporters -a pair of stickup artist who rob him at gunpoint.

Archie is audited by the IRS after he fails to report income he made driving Munson's taxicab.

Archie can barely contain himself when the attractive young wife of an old army buddy spends an eventful night in the Bunker's household.

Gloria tests Mike and Archie's male chauvinism with a riddle that stumps the men but is easily answer by Edith.

Archie is aghast to find out that his visiting niece plans to go out dancing with Lionel Jefferson.

Edith is worried she may be a kleptomaniac after she absent-mindedly takes a wig from a department store.

Edith unwillingly invites a pair of wife-swapping swingers to dinner when she responds to a newspaper ad for pen pals.

Mike sparks the latest family feud when he donates two hundred dollars to George McGovern's presidential campaign instead of paying Archie for room and board.

On the Stivics' second anniversary, the family recalls the comedy of errors that transpired on their wedding day.

The Stivics' wedding is jeopardized when Michael's uncle insists, over Archie's virulent objections, that the marriage be performed by a Catholic priest.

Mike's emergency appendectomy precipitates an argument between Archie and Gloria regarding the proficiency of women doctors.

When Edith finds some old lottery tickets that she has totally forgotten about, Archie hits the roof, claiming she was wasting money. Archie is ecstatic when, after waiting six years, there finally is an opening on the most prestigious bowling team, the Cannonballers, and he is asked to try out.

Edith's antique locket is missing and Archie sees it as a way to collect from the insurance company to buy a new television set. Confident of getting the insurance money, Archie orders a new color set, only to have an insurance adjuster arrive at the house to question the claim.
